Service Description
Now that you've received the exciting email from us that your gown has arrived... ..We can't wait to welcome you back and help you further with your bridal journey! Located in our brand new Lux lounge upstairs, where you have plenty of space to walk around in your very own gown and find your perfect accessories to go with your dress! It's a magical moment trying on your gown again, we're here very step of the way. Next steps are trying on your very own gown, checking for any alterations you may need and finding the perfect accessories to go with your gown! Our recommended Bridal seamstress can also be on hand on your appointment, ( Select First bridal fitting appointment on the Book your appointment page to book in. Only selected dates available ) to give you a full quotation for your gown alterations. If required, we then require a £45 deposit for your first fitting. (Ideal if you are getting married in the next 6-8 months. If not, you can always book back in or arrange directly with our recommended seamstress.) You'll be given an after care bag full of tips and gifts to help you - so don't worry we have everything covered! If you have any further questions further to our email we have sent you, just let us know! Please note - there is no disabled access upstairs. If you require Disabled access, please contact us and we can arrange for your appointment for our downstairs fitting room. Available Thursdays & Sundays. If you require a different week-day, please do contact us we maybe able to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, we would really appreciate it. -Please note - Appointment cost is non-refundable for cancelled & no attendance appointments.
