Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Please note - The Ultimate Bridal Experience Appointment fee of £40 is non-refundable for cancelled appointments. Fee is redeemable against an order placed ONLY during your first appointment. Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal
