Charlotte Elizabeth bridal boutique is just wonderful, from the display in the window to the luxurious decor she really has paid attention to detail and she has a wide selection of beautiful dresses which include her own line.
Initially when booking I didn't really know where to start or what style I wanted but Charlotte spent time getting to know me, our wedding and the style that I'd like for my dream dress.
She was incredibly responsive when messaging and very helpful as initially had no idea and felt so overwhelmed by the choice. When we arrived at the appointment it felt like i already knew her, she's so down to earth and just generally lovely and made me feel so comfortable.
I opted for a VIP bridal appointment which did not dissappoint and was such a lovely touch. We were looked after from start to finish from the pink fizz to the very tasty cakes it made for a very special afternoon.
Charlotte genuinely cares about finding you the perfect dress. Not at any point did I feel pressured into buying on the first appointment.
In fact she made it easy to say "yes to the dress" her collection is beautiful and she has a range of styles so you really get to see and try on a variety.
She made me feel so relaxed, offering professional and friendly advice in the search for my dream dress.
I cannot wait to go back and try on the dress again, in fact I wish I could do it all over again!
I can't reccomended Charlotte enough she really is such a lovely and genuine person.

Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal’s was the first bridal appointments I booked on the start of my search for the one!!!
We chose to have a VIP bridal experience. After talking to Charlotte on Instagram where I initially fell in love with her boutique, she instantly made me feel so excited and at ease about meeting her.
I have next to no confidence when it comes to my body shape & let me tell you, Charlotte is incredible at making you feel so relaxed and comfortable.
After trying on almost all her dresses we found it!
Her boutique is stunning and the personal touches you leave with are just the cherry on top.

CE Bridal was the first boutique I visited for my dress & the experience was just like no other.
As a Bride, you get so stressed about what you like & don’t like. Charlotte has a gown for every bride and has very good attention to details, likes & dislikes.
I was so happy to find the one with CE Bridal with Charlotte choosing out my dress on a gut feeling, this dress shocked myself & my entourage with how much we fell in love with it.

As this was the first boutique I had contacted in my search for my dream wedding dress, I was so overwhelmed with excitement and nerves when visiting Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal last weekend.
But from start to finish, Charlotte made me feel so at ease, really genuinely taking the time to get to know me and what ideas I had.
I tried on a few dresses that just really weren’t me at all, but Charlotte had an idea based on what I’d said I had originally wanted, and the dress she pulled out was instantly the one!
Not only did she find me my dream dress, she went completely above and beyond for me to make sure it would be perfect.
I am quite tall so I need a longer dress, and Charlotte didn’t hesitate to contact the designer there and then to check the length I needed, and to make sure everything was correct for me before taking any payments.
A gorgeous boutique with the most beautiful dresses, and a seamlessly outstanding service from Charlotte all the way through.
From initially booking to even a few days after my appointment, communicating with Charlotte has been so effortless, and nothing seems too much trouble for her.
I’m so proud to say that I said yes to my dress at Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal, and I would highly recommend Charlotte and her boutique to anyone!
Even if you’re travelling from further away like we did, make the trip because you won’t be disappointed I promise!!

I visited Charlotte on Sunday 18th April. This was my first experience with a bridal boutique and one of the first steps towards achieving my dream wedding!
The whole experience was wonderful! Charlotte welcomed my guests and I as though we were old friends.
She chatted with us, brought us a drink each and then we got to work!
I had ideas in my head about the type of dress that I wanted and Charlotte immediately found several dresses that fitted what I had described, she also pulled out a couple of "wild cards" that she felt would suit me.
Throughout my appointment I must have tried on ten different dresses and felt sure I was one of those "awkward" customers...but Charlotte took it in her stride and if anything seemed more excited at the fact that I was "difficult!"
We found 2 dresses that were complete opposites and absolutely nothing like I had imagined. I loved them both.
Charlotte encouraged me to try them both back on and see how I felt each time. She dressed me up with a veil and tiara, to give me the full "look". I chose one of those dresses and ordered it there and then.
From start to finish Charlotte was approachable, friendly, chatty, knowledgeable and professional.
She wasn't pushy in any way and we were able to have an honest conversation about budget and pricing, however I did not feel any pressure to buy.
On top of all of this I am 5 months pregnant and spent the weeks running up to my appointment worrying that I wouldn't be able to find anything suitable, or that fitted well enough to give me a real idea of what I would look like on my wedding day.
How wrong I was! I still can't believe I managed to find my dream dress!!
It is obvious how much work Charlotte has put into her boutique and the passion that she has for her business.
Thank you so much Charlotte, I cant wait to visit again and collect my dress (hopefully with a baby in tow!)
