Every bride meets Charlotte and Ashton personally, building a relationship that carries right through from your first appointment to your special wedding day. From the moment you step under our entrance rose archway, you’ll feel the love, laughter, and warmth that makes CE Bridal so special — and you might even be greeted by our dachshunds, Macy & Alfie, who’ve been part of our journey since day one.

Our Story..

Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal began with a dream: to create a boutique unlike any other. After working in bridal throughout her 20s, Charlotte had seen too many brides left feeling rushed or underwhelmed, and she knew she wanted to do things differently — with warmth, laughter, and genuine care at the centre of every appointment.

In 2020, against all odds and during a pandemic, Charlotte took the plunge to start her dream business. With doors closed by lockdown, she poured her heart into building excitement online and connecting with brides before the boutique even opened. When CE Bridal finally welcomed brides back in April 2021, there was already a community waiting — and from that very first day, the boutique has grown faster than she ever imagined.

What began as a little boutique has since blossomed into a thriving multi-award-winning bridal destination. We’ve grown from our small shop into a larger boutique, then expanded again by renovating our entire upstairs into the luxurious Lux Lounge — always investing in ways to enhance the experience for our brides.

And we’re not done yet — CE Bridal continues to evolve, always looking for new ways to make each bride’s journey even more magical!

Meet Charlotte..

Charlotte, Founder & Director of Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal, has always been driven by creativity and determination. Inspired by her late Nana who taught her to sew and sketch, and by her great-grandparents — an artist and a tailor — she grew up surrounded by artistry that shaped her future.

After completing her fashion degree and working in bridal boutiques throughout her 20s, Charlotte’s dream became clear: to create her own space where brides would feel celebrated, supported, and inspired. That vision became reality with CE Bridal, where her creativity and passion now shines through in everything from hand-picking gowns to personally sketching CE Brides in their dresses after their wedding day.

She’s the creative heart and soul of the boutique - and she hasn’t done it alone — her two dachshunds, Macy & Alfie, have been by her side since day one. They’ve always been part of the CE Bridal experience themselves, often involved in Brides 'Yes to the dress!' moments, snoozing on the sofa or people watching in our window displays!

If you follow Charlotte and the team online, you’ll also know she doesn’t take herself too seriously — expect plenty of laughter, behind-the-scenes chaos, and the odd Ab Fab-inspired moments with Ashton!

Ashton is our Senior Stylist (and self-confessed queen of reels). Brides adore her warmth, her eye for styling, and the way she makes every appointment fun and relaxed. She’s the one hyping you up in the fitting room, dancing on our Stories, and making sure you feel like the main character from start to finish.

Since joining CE Bridal, Ashton has been part of the boutiques growth, never afraid to get stuck in - and she supported Charlotte through and through when we expanded upstairs into the Lux Lounge.

Whether she's helping you discover your dream gown, curating behind-the-scenes content with Charlotte, or adding her sparkle to fittings, she brings incredible energy and heart to everything she does!

Together, Charlotte and Ashton are the bridal-obsessed duo behind CE Bridal — bringing heart, fun, and plenty of fizz to every appointment!
