Preparing for your appointment

We are allowing you to bring two adult guests with you to your appointment. However, if you or your guests, or any of the people who live with you, feel ill or display any symptoms of COVID-19 please advise us as soon as possible in order to postpone your appointment. This is entirely for your own safety. 


Whilst we appreciate that this is a difficult time, we still want you to enjoy your bridal experience. Please note we will be providing a limited range refreshments.
So don't worry - your sparkling fizz will just be in disposable glasses!

 On arrival to your appointment

Please ensure you arrive promptly to your appointment. 

Appointments will be 2 hours long and we work strict timetable. We need to ensure sufficient time between appointments to clean and sanitise the boutique in readiness for our next bride. 

Please arrive wearing a face mask or face covering. Hand sanitiser gel will be provided on entry to the boutique and all surfaces will be disinfected and sanitised thoroughly before each appointment. 

During your appointment

Social distancing must be adhered to throughout each appointment, so we do ask for bride and guests to remain seated. 
The exception would be only when the bride and consultant is in the fitting area; PPE will be used during and throughout the entire appointment to ensure safety measures are met in accordance with government guidelines.
