First Bridal fitting appointment

Service Description

We can't wait to welcome you back and help you further with your bridal journey! Located in our brand new Lux lounge upstairs, where you have plenty of space to walk around in your very own gown and find your perfect accessories to go with your dress! Our recommended Bridal seamstress Alexey will be on hand on your appointment, to give you a full quotation for your gown alterations and expert guidance. This appointment is ideal if you are getting married in the next 6-8 months. If not, you can always book back in or arrange directly with our recommended seamstress. £45 deposit payment is required for the Seamstresses time and expertise on your appointment here at the Lux Lounge. (Non-refundable if any last minute cancellation of appointment) You will receive information via email prior to your appointment regards to what to expect on your fitting and further details about the alterations process with the seamstress. You'll be given an after care bag full of tips and gifts to help you - so don't worry we have everything covered! If you require Disabled access, please contact us and we can arrange for your appointment for our downstairs fitting room.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment, we would really appreciate it. -Please note - Appointment cost is non-refundable for cancelled & no attendance appointments.
