I cannot recommend Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal enough.

It was my first ever time trying on bridal dresses so was quite nervous but Charlotte made me feel so relaxed and comfortable & helped me get into the swing of things sooo quickly. I tried on about 7 dresses, loved near enough all of them and was literally contemplating them all but Charlotte really helped me get it down to my top 2 favourites, and then my final choice.

Her knowledge is out of this world, she listens to exactly what you’re feeling and thinking and spends time talking things through with you, giving me her advice without being too pushy - also the designers she stocks are incredible, every dress is just gorgeous.
She made my mum & Nan feel comfortable too, offering us drinks and chatting with them about each dress.

It comes across how passionate she is and how much she loves what she’s doing, and to say she sees so many soon-to-be brides day in day out, she makes everything so personal to you and makes you feel like you’re the only bride in the world. Nothing is rushed, you can look through all the dresses you like & feel comfortable enough to say your thoughts & feelings.

Literally just the best place ever, the most immaculate vibes, the shop is gorgeous and her two little doggies are the icing on the bridal cake!!!

I would recommend this place to any one at all looking for bridal dresses!!

Having visited several shops, none came close to the level of service I received at Charlotte Elizabeth Bridal. Charlotte's guidance was invaluable, especially when I had no idea what I wanted. She ensured I tried on a variety of dresses, each more stunning than the last—I could have easily walked away with 10!

I went to see Charlotte in September 2023, the shop is in a lovely location, parking near by, shops and places to eat etc. I’d been to a few other places to find my perfect dress but I just knew I hadn’t quite found what I wanted.

CE bridal is unbelievable luxurious and I loved how the shop was appointment only so you were Charlotte’s only focus. Charlotte was so friendly, bubbly and put me at ease straight away, so did her two gorgeous dachshunds. Charlotte took her time to learn about my preferences, talk me through materials and prices ranges to ensure she pulled the right dresses for me (I was spoilt for choice).

She encouraged me to try on different things, to explore different styles and gave me honest and helpful advice along the way. I’d had my eye on one particular dress and unlike the 10 others I’d tried on along the way, I knew this beauty was meant to be as soon as I put her on. I was able to customise my dress by adding a shimmer tulle layer and more appliqués. I later got my beautiful veil and belt in the sale which was shipped to me with care.

I honestly cannot thank Charlotte enough, it’s clear she puts her heart and soul into her business. Everything was straight forward, Charlotte had excellent communication the whole way through, she went the extra mile providing goody bags, there really was no where else for me.

My two tops tips.. 1 get your dress ordered early, mine arrived a year before the wedding and it was a huge stress reliever knowing that was sorted. And 2, just go and see CE bridal, you won’t be disappointed or find anywhere better.

I first met Charlotte when she was covering for her photographer friend at a wedding show at my venue. I hadn’t even considered where to get my dress from at this point as I was just under two years out. After a short conversation I knew she was the one to help me find the dress.

I was super nervous when I arrived but she made me feel at ease so quickly and of course Macy and Alfie helped with that too!

I went in with an imagine of what dress I wanted and Charlotte picked out soo many dresses most not in the style I imagined and I’m so happy she did as I came away with something completely different.
As I’m curvy I was super worried that I wouldn’t fit in any dresses and of course I didn’t but honestly I’d never have known as Charlotte was straight in there adding a section to the back to make it sit right. She did everything possible to make sure I was happy with everything and even got special changes made to my dress to make it the one.

I honestly can’t thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their dress and accessories from her as even those are amazing!

What a beautiful boutique and an unforgettable experience.

I honesty cannot thank Charlotte and Ashton enough for the incredibly wonderful experience at my recent bridal appointment.

These ladies are 2 very friendly, warm, knowledgeable and beautiful souls! From the moment we arrived at the boutique they were so welcoming and had already hand picked out dresses specifically for me based on styles I had sent them prior to my appointment (and within the budget I'd given), before advising me to try on different styles on so we could see what worked best for me and to ensure I wouldn't miss my dream dress. After this, we were let loose to pick out other dresses to add on to the try on rail - then the fun really began!

I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, after this - every dress was compared to No1 and the process of elimination was fairly easy until I got down to the last 2 dresses. Charlotte's guidance and knowledge opened up more options for me (such as alterations to the dresses to make them unique) and we explored different options. However, the moment I put dress No1 back on - we all knew it was THE dress!
So after a couple of hours of fun, advise, deliberation, lots (and lots) of laughter, cheers, a few tears, hugs and some doggo hugs/kisses later - I said YES to THE dress!

I cannot recommend Charlotte Elizabeth bridal enough - if you want an experience you will cherish forever, with expert advise, exceptional customer service and the company of the most adorable bundles of cuteness ever (Macy and Alfie) - then THIS is it!

I'm delighted to be a CE bride and cannot wait to come back to collect my dress, thank you so much ladies!
